Where Passion Meets Precision
I have always been an historian at heart, and once seriously considered becoming an archaeologist. From a young age, my fascination with cars was evident, it is therefore no surprise, then that automobiles have become one of my greatest passions. I am a lifelong BMW enthusiast which ultimately led me to writing about classic, collectable and exotic cars.
In 2012 my life was irrevocably changed…the day I decided to write my first BMW
story. A story I vehemently felt needed to be told; shared with the rest of the world. I was neither a journalist nor was I paid by BMW Car magazine. But it was a BMW I had been in love with for most of my life, and knew that if I wrote the story of the little 2002 that even if I did not own it, that at least I would be part of its journey.
Today, I divide my time between writing about classic and collectable cars for
several UK and Australian publications. The second is running our automobilia and luxury lifestyle business, Vantage Fine Automotive Art, a boutique atelier dedicated to celebrating automotive excellence through limited-edition prints, bespoke motor books, and custom artwork.
In addition, I am the very proud co-author of BMW – The Unique South African Story (in collaboration with BMW Group South Africa), a 640-page tome dedicated to the remarkable history and passion for BMW in South Africa.
